    Lo studio di gruppo è un modo per confrontarsi tra ragazzi e apprendere di più. Ma anche per condividere le emozioni. Senza dimenticare che ogni studente ha il suo metodo e dovrebbe assecondarlo. Soli o in gruppo, la prima regola è studiare. Un'ovvietà, ma molte volte, alla disperata ricerca del metodo più "giusto", i ragazzi che si apprestano a sostenere l'esame di maturità finiscono per dimenticarlo. Detto questo, a ridosso delle prove, si moltiplicano i consigli per aiutare i ragazzi ad affrontare meglio lo studio, ma assicurano gli esperti, la cosa migliore è continuare a seguire il proprio metodo, quello utilizzato durante tutto l'arco dell'anno.   "Ogni ragazzo ha uno stile cognitivo differente" ci ha spiegato il dottor Agostino Basile, presidente nazionale di Pedias, Pedagogisti e Educatori Italiani Associati. "Chi ha un metodo di apprendimento globale, chi visivo, chi sintetico, chi auditivo. Per questo è bene che ognuno assecondi il proprio, senza cambiarlo proprio a ridosso di una data così importante".   Questo approccio porta automaticamente gli studenti a preferire nella prima fase, che è quella dell'apprendimento, uno studio solitario. "La maggior parte degli alunni che ho avuto modo di seguire e di conoscere" spiega il dottor Gianfranco de Lorenzo, presidente nazionale di Anpe, l'Associazione Nazionale dei Pedagogisti Italiani "preferisce studiare da solo, e in un secondo momento, quando arriva l'ora di ripetere, gradisce il confronto con i compagni".   Ma quali sono i vantaggi di uno studio di gruppo? "Tanti", spiega ancora Basile. "La scuola dovrebbe educare fin dall'inizio all'apprendimento cooperativo. Perché confrontarsi con i compagni, significa anche approfondire, scambiarsi informazioni, imparare dall'altro". Una ricerca sui neuroni specchio avvalora questa tesi, dimostrando che il benificio dello studio di gruppo è per tutti, anche se i componenti non hanno la stesse capacità o lo stesso livello di preparazione. "In altre parole - ci spiega ancora il presidente dell'Anpe - lo studente più forte si esercita ripetendo e allena la capacità di sintesi; quello più debole è agevolato perché ha già una selezione delle informazioni più importanti, anche se deve comunque fare un lavoro indipendente per sedimentarle".   Ben venga, dunque, il gruppo di studio, ma che non comprenda più di due o tre componenti, altrimenti rischia di trasformarsi solo in una distrazione e di perdere i suoi effetti benefici. "Ciò non toglie che uno dei tanti aspetti positivi dello studio in compagnia è anche la condivisione delle emozioni" conclude il dottor De Lorenzo. "Mettere in comune le ansie, le paure e perché no anche i momenti di goliardia e ricreativi non può che fare bene ai ragazzi, per allentare la tensione e per rilassarsi". Perché il cervello, durante lo studio, va ossigenato e ha bisogno di momenti di pausa, per non andare in sovraccarico e perché è durante il riposo che si sedimentano le informazioni.   Ottimo lo studio in compagnia. Degli amici, certamente. Ma anche dei genitori: "La figura del padre o della madre deve rassicurare, non intimorire. Se il ragazzo sente la necessità di raccontare quello che ha appreso studiando, l'adulto deve ascoltarlo.
